The first in a series of sustainable, site-specific homes built at Pasture Rock in Northern Dutchess County, this home was designed to “disappear” into the side of a hill while allowing 30 mile views. So energy efficient, the original owner said “it costs no money to heat”. Not exactly true, but it does score extremely high in every independent heating and cooling test.
