 All of our Apartments offer off-street parking, walking distance (about 3 blocks or less) to restaurants, shops, transportation and Bard shuttle bus. One year lease, security deposit and references required. Landlord supplies mowing and snow removal.  Tenant pays electric heat or Oil heat.
